HORUS is a product to be consumed during pre-workout.

Recommendation for use:
Consume doses of 40 ml throughout the day, with an interval of two hours between doses or according to professional guidance.

Preparation method:
Dilute 8.4g (1 and ½ scoops) in 300mL of ice-cold water.
